We cover the costs of return shipping within Germany and Austria for you.
For European shipments where the customer arranges the shipping themselves, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In this case, no return label is included in your shipment, and you can drop off the return at a shipping partner of your choice.
If you want to return an item, you will find the return label and the return slip in the package.
For a quick processing of the return process, please include the filled out return slip in the package.
Also, please note that the goods may only be worn for the purpose of inspection, similar to trying on in-store. Returns with obvious signs of use (e.g., wear, dirt) that make them unsellable cannot be accepted by us and will be returned to you.
After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be issued via the originally chosen payment method. You will be notified of this by email.
