How can I return products?

You can return ordered products within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please use the received package for the return. The return slip and label are included in the package in the invoice envelope.

For European shipments where the customer arranges the shipping themselves, there is no return label included in the shipment. In this case, the cost of the return is borne by the customer, and you can drop off the return at a shipping partner of your choice. Please keep the return receipt as proof of shipment until you receive confirmation of the return from us.

Please note that the goods may only be worn for the purpose of inspection, similar to trying on in-store. Returns with obvious signs of use (e.g., wear, dirt) that make them unsellable cannot be accepted by us and will be returned to you.

After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be issued via the originally chosen payment method. You will be notified of this by email.

How can I complain about a product?

If a product should have a defect, you can file a complaint through our customer service under the following conditions:

  • The statutory warranty period of 2 years has not expired
  • The product was purchased through the webshop

Please send an email to customer service (service@ganter-shoes.com) with the article number or description of the product in question, a brief description of the defect, the invoice, and a photo showing the defect. We will review the case and respond to you promptly.

Products purchased through a specialty retailer must be reported there.

Please note that we do not offer discounts for defective goods but will either take them back or repair them if the above conditions are met.

How can I return multiple orders at once?

If you wish to return multiple orders together, please include all return slips in the same package. Without the receipts, the products cannot be matched to your order.

How can I cancel my purchase?

If you change your mind after your purchase, you can revoke your order within 14 days without providing any reasons. Please contact customer service for this:

How will my money be refunded?

The refund will always be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

For cancellations where the goods have not left the warehouse, the refund will be issued immediately.

For returns, the refund will be processed after the goods have been received and inspected.

How can I exchange products?

Unfortunately, due to system limitations, exchanges cannot be processed. You can return ordered products within 14 days of receipt and place a new order through the webshop.

There is no return slip enclosed with my package - what can I do?

The return slip and the return label are included in the package in the invoice envelope. If the return slip is missing from your package, please contact our customer service at +43 7719 8811 200 or via email at service@ganter-shoes.com.

We will promptly send you a new return slip via email.

What are the costs for a return?

We cover the costs of return shipping within Germany and Austria for you.

For European shipments where the customer arranges the shipping themselves, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In this case, no return label is included in your shipment, and you can drop off the return at a shipping partner of your choice.

If you want to return an item, you will find the return label and the return slip in the package.

For a quick processing of the return process, please include the filled out return slip in the package.
