Where can I manage my addresses?
In the user area under "Address book" you can change and delete existing addresses and add new addresses.
What information can I find under "My orders"?
Under the menu item "My orders" you will find all information about your orders, including processing status and tracking number.
Shopping basket?
The products you wish to purchase are stored in the shopping basket.
You can go to the checkout via the shopping basket and order your GANTER products for a fee.
Products placed in the shopping basket are not reserved and may therefore be sold out if you do not complete the checkout until a later date.
The shopping basket is saved for a later visit. The prerequisite for this is that you have activated cookies in your browser.
Wie kann ich mich einloggen?
If you would like to log in with an existing customer account, you can do so by clicking on "Log in" in the top right-hand corner of the page or at the end of the payment process.
You will have received your access data by e-mail after registration.
How can I delete my customer account?
To delete your customer account, please send an e-mail to our customer service (service@ganter-shoes.com). We will then carry out the deletion and inform you separately by e-mail.
How can I register?
If you would like to register for our GANTER webshop, you can do so at any time via our registration page. You can also complete registration after placing your first order. The previously entered data will be automatically transferred.
After entering your data, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please click on the confirmation link in this e-mail to finalise your registration.
