How will my orders be shipped??

Your orders are served by DHL in Germany and by Post.at in Austria. 

Wie kann ich eine Sendung an eine DHL Packstation veranlassen?

Um eine Sendung an eine DHL Packstation zu veranlassen, geben Sie bitte im Warenkorb unter dem ersten Schritt "Versand" die Daten der Packstation sowie Ihre Postnummer als Lieferadresse an.
 
Bitte befüllen Sie die Felder wie folgt:

    1. E-Mail-Adresse

    2. Vorname

    3. Nachname

    4. Firma:       Ihre DHL-Postnummer

    5. Adresse:   Packstation + Nummer

How can I view the shipment status of my order?

In order to track the shipment of your ordered GANTER products you will receive an email after shipment with the tracking number. 
 
You can also view the shipment status via a link in the order overview.

For which countries is a delivery possible?

Shipping is only possible to Germany and Austria.

How long does the delivery take?

Below is an overview of the shipping countries with the respective delivery times (with perfect conditions, no incorrect address, delivery delay). Depending on the place of residence in the shipping country, there may be 1-2 days delay. (Indication in working days)

What should I do if my parcel is damaged or articles are missing in my parcel?

If products are missing in your order or have been damaged please contact our customer service.

Please have your customer number and invoice number ready. 
If products have been damaged, please send us photos of the damage; if items are missing, please let us know.

What does “self-pickup” mean?

We ship orders from our GANTER online store to Germany (DHL) and Austria (Post.at). 
 
Pick up by yourself:

Since 03.12.2018, the so-called Geoblocking Regulation [VO (EU) 2018/302] has been in force within the EU. Therefore, in accordance with the rules, we offer the option of pick-up for customers residing within the EU, outside the above-mentioned countries.
 
Please place an order that is not sent to Germany/Austria here.
